Pre-Submission Preparation

• Review the detailed Author Guidelines available on the journal’s homepage to ensure your manuscript meets all specified requirements.

Scope Verification

• Confirm that your article fits within the journal’s scope by cross-referencing the article's keywords. This will help minimize delays in the editorial process. Post-submission, your manuscript will undergo a preliminary quality control check.

Plagiarism Screening

• Ensure your manuscript has been thoroughly checked for plagiarism against existing published content. By submitting, you confirm that the content is original, properly cited, and may be subjected to plagiarism detection prior to editorial review.

Contact Information

• Verify that you have included the complete mailing address of the corresponding author, along with the email addresses of all co-authors.

Cover Letter

• Prepare a cover letter that provides a concise summary of the study’s significance, any ethical considerations, and competing interests. The letter should also declare that the work is original, not previously published, or under consideration elsewhere. Mention the absence of conflicts of interest among the authors.

Supplementary Files and Formats

• Check that your manuscript and any supplementary files are in acceptable formats:
• Main Manuscript: DOC, PDF.
• Illustrations and Figures: PDF, PNG, JPEG, PowerPoint. These should be submitted as separate files, not embedded within the manuscript.
• Tables: Tables should be simple, double-spaced, and each presented on a separate sheet. Ensure that tables are appropriately cited within the text.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

• Be aware that an Article Processing Charge (APC) is required for articles accepted for publication in the Advancements in Medical Innovations and Research journal. Payment is due before the article is published online. The final version of the article will be sent to the author for approval prior to publication. Correspondence

• Generally, the corresponding author is responsible for handling the entire submission process. However, another author may submit the manuscript on behalf of the corresponding author and manage communication during the peer review process.

Conditions for Submission

• By submitting your manuscript, you confirm that appropriate ethical approvals have been obtained for any experiments involving humans or animals, and informed consent has been secured for the use of any patient data or images. You also confirm that all authors have read and approved the manuscript and that the content is original, not previously published, or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Copyright

Once the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the Corresponding Author gets the copyright under Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license. This license allows articles to be freely downloaded from the sciencehood website, and also allows articles and data to be re-used and re-distributed without restriction, as long as the original work is correctly cited.
