Editor Guidelines
Editors of the Editorial Board serve as integral
custodians of journal standards and the peer review process, epitomizing
the cornerstone of excellence within ScienceHood journals. Esteemed
for their expertise in diverse fields, our editors shoulder the
responsibility of orchestrating the peer review process and curating the
journal's content.
Editors are tasked with upholding and elevating the
standards of the Journal through meticulous oversight of the peer review
process. Their mandate encompasses managing manuscript peer review,
rendering recommendations on paper acceptance or rejection, and
fostering a milieu conducive to attracting high-caliber submissions.
Central to their role is the discerning selection of appropriate
reviewers within specific domains to enhance manuscript quality
Editors wield authority in determining the
suitability of submitted manuscripts vis-à-vis the journal's scope, a
prelude to the rigorous review process overseen by at least two subject
matter experts and the handling editor. The final decision on article
acceptance or rejection rests with the editor, underscoring their
pivotal role in shaping the journal's content landscape.
Instances of misconduct or ethical breaches warrant immediate scrutiny
and reporting to the editor and publisher by any concerned party.
Furthermore, reviewers are duty-bound to apprise the Editor of any prior
reviews of the manuscript and promptly flag instances of plagiarism or
infringements therein. Additionally, reviewers must highlight any
ethical or methodological concerns pertaining to the manuscript,
refraining from direct communication with authors sans editor approval.
