Submission Protocols
We invite submissions of diverse article types, including
original research articles, review articles, mini-reviews,
communications, case reports, case studies, opinions,
editorials, perspectives, commentaries, and letters to the
editor. All submissions must align with the journal's specific
scope.
Manuscripts should be submitted via our online portal, where
authors will receive an acknowledgment within two business days
of submission. It is essential to ensure that your manuscript is
not under consideration by any other publication at the same
time.

the initial submission of their manuscript.
Preparing Your Manuscript
Accepted file formats for submissions include Microsoft Word
(DOC, DOCX). Manuscripts should adhere to the following
structure:
1. Title: Clearly convey the essence of
the
study without the use of abbreviations.
2. Authors and Affiliations: Include
names,
institutions, universities, cities, states, and countries.
3. Corresponding Author: Provide the
name,
affiliation, contact details, and preferences for
communication.
Any disputes among authors should be addressed by the
corresponding author.
4. Abstract: A concise summary of
100-150
words that captures the study's context, objectives,
methods,
results, and conclusions, without references or citations.
5. Keywords: List 4-8 keywords that
encapsulate the core content of the article.
6. Abbreviations: TDefine all
abbreviations
at first use, and avoid using abbreviations in titles unless
defined.
7. Nomenclature and Measurements: Utilize SI units and
binomial nomenclature as applicable.
8. Introduction: Provide a thorough overview,
discussing relevant literature and methodology.
9. Materials and Methods: Offer a detailed account of
the study's methodology, including materials, participants,
procedures, and statistical analyses.
10. Results and Discussion: Present the findings and
their implications, with data interpretation included in the
discussion section.
11. Acknowledgments: Recognize contributors, funding
sources, and any potential conflicts of interest. Detail
each author's contributions.
12. Appendices: Supplementary data should be submitted
as separate documents and referenced in the main text.
13. Figures and Tables: Submit figures and tables as
separate files, including legends and citations in
consecutive order. Figures should be high-resolution JPEG or
TIFF files; tables should not be submitted as images. Ensure
you have copyright permission for reused figures or tables.
14. References: Accurately cite and number references
according to the specified format.
Copyright and Permissions Policy
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors will transfer copyright
to ScienceHood under relevant licenses, enabling us to
distribute, reprocess, and reprint the work. However, authors
retain rights to patents, trademarks, and other forms of
intellectual property related to their research.
Retraction and Correction Procedures
ScienceHood adheres to widely accepted policies regarding
retractions. Articles found to contain scientific misconduct or
plagiarism will be retracted, and notifications will be
published on our website. Corrections to published articles,
including writing errors and editing mistakes, will be addressed
in the Erratum section of subsequent issues. Any changes
submitted by authors post-publication will be reviewed and, if
warranted, published in the Corrigendum section to ensure
accuracy while preserving the article's original findings and
conclusions.
